All Hanaford/Logan water customers are under a boil water order until further notice.
Crosswalk Community Action Agency would like to announce that Shelley Pyle was appointed the new Executive Director of the agency in December of 2023.Shelley began her career in community action in 1991 with Volunteer Services, Inc. working in the Low Income Heating and Energy Assistance Program. She graduated from Southern Illinois University in 1994 from the School of Social Work. She returned to community action in 1999 and has been employed with the agency since that time. She has held many different positions while employed by the agency, but has held the position of fiscal officer since 2002.Shelley is a lifelong resident of Williamson County. She is married to Darren Pyle and they have two daughters and five grandchildren. Shelley and Darren own Pyle Funeral Homes in Johnston City, Zeigler, and Royalton. Shelley’s work experience as a business owner and a seasoned employee of the agency will serve Crosswalk well as Executive Director.

It's great to watch people (especially children) get excited about nature.
